Yes! Explorr is, and will always, be free.
We care about making something really great for everyone to use. No credit card needed to sign up and get started. No hidden paywalls after making an account.
We will be offering a premium plan, but this is only to cover additional costs associated with premium features we want to build (think more advanced AI features).
A trip in Explorr starts with saving your locations. These are the places you'll be staying on your trip. Simply enter where you're staying and the dates you'll be there.
For each of those dates, you can save an itinerary. You can add any number of activities you will be doing whilst there. Just enter the location of each excursion and a time frame, and we'll save it and show it on a map for you.
Stuck for things to do? With the click of a button, you can have AI load suggested excursions for that particular date. It takes into account any activities you've already added and where you're staying. It will offer something to do in the morning, afternoon and evening in a logical order and distance from your accommodation.
Once you have created a trip, there is a button in the top right to share with others.
- You can generate a 'share link', useful for sending in a group chat where you don't know everyone's email addresses. Anyone who uses this link can join your trip as a 'viewer'. They can't make any changes to the trip, but they can see the locations, itinerary, flight details and any documents uploaded.
- If you have added another user as a friend in Explorr, then you can add them as a 'member' to your trip. This means they can see everything, like a 'viewer', but they can also make changes to the trip.
As the owner of a trip, you are always in control of exactly who can access your trip. And only you can delete the trip.
Nope, we don't collect any unnecessary data about you or where your devices are. If consented to tracking cookies, we only track generic, anonymous usage data via Google's GA4 analytics platform.
This is used industry-wide and is extremely secure and robust. Data can't be traced back to an individual.
Yes! Explorr is built using the latest web-app technology.
On almost all devices, you can add Explorr as an app to your home screen/install as a web app. The exact methods vary slightly by device, but you can do this in your browser when on our website.
